Our objective is to develop strategic long-term relationships with our suppliers in order to ensure increased quality and maximise cost benefits.
We will continue to rationalise the number of suppliers in the supply chain, at the same time as continually monitoring our success with realistic KPIs (key performance indicators), to measure the overall performance of the team.

Bailey Rail, as part of NG Bailey, is actively involved in the development of strategic partnerships with suppliers of goods and services across a wide range of areas.
We are involved in the company wide 'Procure as One' initiative, which involves the consolidation of procurement throughout the organisation. This will ensure Bailey Rail is able to offer the optimum solution, competitively priced, to our clients.
However, we are well aware that a proportion of our procurement spend is unique to the rest of the organisation, therefore, we are involved in partnership arrangements with a number of companies which are unique to, and well respected in, the rail market.
Supply Opportunities
Suppliers of goods and services are invited to contact us, detailing capabilities and relevant approvals, via our Procurement Manager. It would also be helpful if prospective suppliers could complete the following documentation to enable Bailey Rail to fully evaluate submissions.
